(On the way to the Promised Land)
There are two (2) types of genuinely born again Christians: Church Christians and kingdom Christians. Church Christians are in the wilderness while the kingdom Christians are in the Promised Land. As long as church Christians stay and live in the wilderness they will not be able to fulfill their divine destinies because it is only Kingdom Christians in the Promised Land do fulfill their divine destinies on earth before they go to glory. The Promised Land of the practice of true Christianity.
Nigerian Christianity is currently in the wilderness. I believe that the current state of Christianity in Nigeria is on the way to the Promised Land from the wilderness. The children of Israel who are twenty years and above except Caleb and Joshua died in the wilderness: Number 14: 29 KJV and Number 14:24 KJV “Your carcasses shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward, which have murmured against me…. But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him will I bring into the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall possess it.” The church Christians in Nigeria have been indoctrinated with the denominational church doctrine that is completely different from the Apostles’ doctrine and fellowship of the early church in the Bible (Acts 2:42) for the past twenty years and above. And just like exactly what happened to the children of Israel in the wilderness from twenty years and above, will happen to the church Christians who have been indoctrinated with the denominational church doctrine for twenty years and above. If these foxes of many pastors who are destroying the vineyard of God are not completely destroyed and permanently wiped out; if nothing positive is done by the kingdom Christians to rescue Nigerian Christianity now; if the plague of silence continues to prevail, the consequence is there will not be anything called Christianity in Nigeria again by the year2050 (in fifty years time)!
Caleb, Joshua and the children of Israel who were below twenty years old could be likened to the kingdom Christians because they got to the Land of Promise – the Promised Land is the Land of destiny fulfillment. Moses died in the wilderness and could not fulfill his God–ordained destiny of leading the children of Israel to the Promised Land, however he still made Heaven; the same experience will be for the church Christians who are Heavenly consciously – they will still make Heaven if they die in the present wilderness they found themselves without fulfilling their God-ordained destinies as it is only the kingdom Christians in the Promised Land are able to fill their God-ordained destinies.
The present day Nigerian Christians are the Moses Generation because they are still in the wilderness. Why? It is because they are miracle seekers as the children of Israel were miracle seekers in the wilderness. Despite the fact that God wrought raw miracles for them right from the land of Egypt to wilderness, they were never interested in the ways of God but only in the acts of God (miracles ) – it was only Moses who was interested in the ways of God, that is, he was the only one who was interested in having a personal walk and close relationship with God : Exodus 33:13 (KJV) and Psalms 103::7 (KJV) “Now therefore, I (Moses) pray thee, if I (Moses) have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I (Moses) may know thee (God), that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people…..He (God) made known his ways unto Moses, his acts (miracles, signs and wonders) unto the children of Israel.”
For Nigerian/African Christians to get out of wilderness, all the foxes of many pastors who destroying the vineyard of God must be completely destroyed and wiped out. Nigerian Christians are miracle seekers; they are not interested in having a personal walk and close relationship with God but signs, wonders and miracles. They are Moses Generation. They are full of religion without righteousness. They observe meticulous details of the church doctrinal teaching without personal walk and close relationship with God!
Most pastors or General Overseers of true Bible believing churches are genuine and started well with God but just like one mistake (error) made by Moses, they themselves have made one mistake or the other – they have fallen into errors as any man of God is fallible.
It means that any genuine pastor or man of God/General Overseer who has fallen into error (s) and refuses to repent and change, God will raise another genuine pastors or men of God /General Overseers who will be like Joshua to lead the present Nigerian Christians to the Promised Land from the present wilderness that Nigerian Christians are. These Christians will be Joshua Generation who will enter the Promised Land from the wilderness – and these Joshua Generation kind of Christians will not be miracle seekers but they will be highly interested in having a personal walk and close relationship with God first: Joshua 24:15 (KJV) “And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”
According to our Lord Jesus Christ, He said evil and adulterous generation seeks miracles, signs and wonders: Matthew 16:4 KJV and Matthew 12:39 KJV “A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed. But he (Jesus Christ) answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:” This species of Christianity of Joshua Generation will be the ones that signs, wonders and miracles will follow them – not them following the miracles, signs and wonders because these present day Christians are Moses Generation following miracles, signs and wonders in contradiction to the scripture : Mark 16:17-18 KJV “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”
God will raise genuine pastors/General Overseers like Joshua who will be saviors (deliverers ) from the Christian body (from Zion) to take over from the pastors who are like Moses with the mandate of the main purpose of leading the present Nigerian Christians to the Promised Land for God is not respecter of persons: Acts 10:34 (KJV) “Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:” God has used genuine pastors /General Overseers who have fallen into errors now to lead the present day Christians from the land of Egypt to the wilderness just exactly like Moses.
I believe all the genuine men of God/pastors/General Overseers who have fallen into error(s) unknowingly/ignorantly will correct themselves and change their mind and messages on prosperity gospel by forsaking and denouncing it (the doctrine of prosperity gospel) as they are Heavenly conscious to make Heaven at the end and also for the sake of the future generation of Christianity in Nigeria/Africa.
True men of God/pastors/General Overseers in Nigeria and Africa all over who have fallen unknowingly/ignorantly into doctrinal error(s) by the prosperity gospel will correct themselves and change just exactly like what Evangelist /Pastor Benny Hinn did on prosperity gospel. Benny Hinn, televangelist faith healer and prosperity preacher, has renounced the prosperity gospel. Benny Hinn has a new outlook on this teaching and says ‘THE GOSPEL IS NOT FOR SALE’.
The genuine men of God should look into the future and think what will be the state/level of Christianity in Nigeria/Africa in 50 years time by the year 2070? If prosperity gospel (raising millionaires) continues instead of discipleship (raising real Disciples of Christ) /kingdom Christianity for the kingdom of God in Nigeria /Africa, by the year 2070, many Christians in Nigeria will turn to Islam or become atheists! Most of the time, ninety nine (99%), God works on His established principles and policies from the word (the Holy Bible ) by the Holy Spirit – not on the wrong messages of the prosperity gospel because many Christians have been discouraged and disappointed by the prosperity gospel pastors thinking that God has disappointed them when what the prosperity gospel pastors have told them failed – did not come to pass – did not manifest into the achievement of fulfillment in their lives, even despite the fact that they do pay the sacrifice of all what the prosperity gospel pastors ask them to pay like sowing money seed, seed faith or material seed as the catalyst to provoke God to answer them or give them their miracles speedily. The biggest fox in Christianity in Nigeria and Africa all over is prosperity gospel.
The consequence of this is that disappointed, frustrated and discouraged Christians who lose their faith, will go ahead to forsake and abandon Christianity and thereafter embrace Islam or Atheism (become atheists) or better still any other religion apart from Christianity. Prosperity gospel ministers have made them believe that they are serving God because of what they can gain from Him (God) – they are not serving God because He is God – they are not serving God purposely and primarily to have a personal walk and close relationship with Him.
The bitter truth is that God will only do for you what you cannot do – and this is miracle but God will not do what you can do – this is how God answers prayer or gives miracles. For instance, a farmer will go to the farm to cultivate the farm land; clear the bush, plant the seeds, weed it, etc.; after all these farmer’s farming activities, then it is the responsibility of God to bring sun and rain on the planted seeds to germinate for harvest and increase, even if the farmer waters through irrigation system, still it is God that will give increase: 1 Corinthians 3: 6 – 7 (KJV) “I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth anything, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase” This is, how God works by principles. Prosperity gospel pastors are destroying the future of Christianity in Nigeria/Africa presently!
Denominational church doctrine is different from the Apostles’ doctrine and fellowship but kingdom of God doctrine is the same in line with the Apostles’ doctrine and fellowship (Acts 2:42).
Let us look at Luke 19:12-13 (KJV) “He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, occupy till I come.” In this Scripture, you will discover that ten (10) servants were given one pound each in the kingdom. If you do just simple Mathematics, you will find out that percentage of one (1) over ten (10) times hundred (100) is equal to 10% (ten percent). This scripture is all about the activity of the kingdom where destiny is fulfilled.
Also let us look at Matthew 25:14 -18 (KJV) “For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several abilities; and straightway took his journey. Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents. And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two. But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord’s money.” In this Scripture, you will discover that three (3) servants were given different number of talents varying from five (5) talents to one (1) talent in the kingdom. If you do simple Mathematics, you will find out that percentage of one (1) over three (3) times hundred (100) is equal to approximate thirty-three point three percent (33.33%). It is also all about the activity of the kingdom where destiny is fulfilled.
From the aforementioned scriptures, you will discover that even in the kingdom, some kingdom Christians will intentionally refuse to fulfill their destinies despite the fact that resources are given to them. But from our simple Mathematical calculations above, their percentage varies from ten percent (10%) to approximate thirty three point three three percent (33.33%). In the case of the church, the church Christians who fulfill their destinies are less than one percent (1%) – and this one percent (1%) includes the genuine pastors or true men of God and some other real ministers of God.
It is in the kingdom that Christians fulfill their destinies while church is just a platform to move and graduate into the kingdom – the talents (resources) needed for the fulfillment of destiny are given, distributed and used effectively and efficiently in the kingdom: Matthew 25:14-17 and Luke 19:12,15
Although there may be very few kingdom Christians (let say between 10% and 33.33%) who will intentionally refuse to use their God–given talents (resources) just like a servant that was given one talent in Matthew 25:16-18 and Luke 19:13,20.
There are some pastors in Nigeria who are genuine – they had experience with God before but due to the acceptance of god of mammon in their denominational churches, they messed up their doctrines as the god of mammon blinded them – they have wrong doctrines practically different from the Apostles” doctrine and fellowship all because of money. They have fallen into errors of prosperity gospel (the gospel of bring your money to receive blessing from God); ignorantly they are practicing mammon Christianity. And generally men (people) love darkness (lie) more than light (truth): John 3:19 (KJV) “And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.”
