HOW PROSPERITY GOSPEL PASTORS TWIST BIBLE TO MAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE – 2 Chronicles  20:20 KJV (PART 7)

2 Chronicles  20:20 KJV

“And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the Lord your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

Many Christians put their faith in their pastors instead of putting their faith in God!

The scripture that the prosperity gospel pastors always use to manipulate and brainwash their church members to put their faith in them in order to make money from them is 2 Chronicles  20:20 KJV “…….Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.”

And this particular scripture has made a lot of money for the prosperity gospel pastors!!!

They will brainwash and manipulate their followers with this scripture to believe in the prophet (pastor or General Overseer) for them (followers) to prosper.  This 2 Chronicles 20:20 is in the Old Testament where the Holy Spirit dwells inside nobody –  He did not live inside anybody because they were not born again Christians.

The Holy Spirit only manifested in the lives of three categories of people in the Old Testament: (1) the prophets, (2)  priests and (3) kings. The Holy Spirit never lived inside these three categories of people – the Holy Spirit would be upon them (not inside them) and after using them, He would go back to Heaven.

But after the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, on the day of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit permanently dwells inside every genuinely born again Christian the reason why we are different from the Old Testament saints /believers.

This is the main reason why you should not put your faith in any pastor or General Overseer but put your faith in God only by His word because you have the Holy Spirit living inside of you (you have indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit). The Lord Jesus Christ said in the New Testament that we the genuinely born again Christians (His disciples) should always have faith in God (not in our General Overseer or pastor) – Mark 11:22 KJV “And Jesus answering saith unto them (His disciples), Have faith in God.”

The prosperity gospel pastors collect your tithes and offerings, sown money seed (seed faith) but you don’t have a say in the church! They will tell you that every Christian should have a personal pastor that will release the blessings of God to you  twisting and using 2 Chronicles 20:20 to brainwash and manipulate you: 2 Chronicles 20:20 KJV “……Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.”

When you have the Holy Spirit if you are genuinely born again,  why should you have a personal pastor privately to release the blessings of God upon you or before you can receive the blessings of God? Where is it written in the Bible that you must have a private pastor before God will bless you? Is it not written in the Bible that every genuinely born again Christian has been blessed with all spiritual blessings  ( including physical, health, material, financial since the spiritual controls the physical )? Read Ephesians 1:3 KJV “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.”

Remember that you go to see  the pastor for spiritual solutions to spiritual problems you are having in order to have financial and material breakthroughs,  healing, victory, etc., but Ephesians 1:3 KJV quoted above says the LORD God has blessed you with all spiritual blessings in Christ Jesus.   Any pastor who tells you that you need a private pastor before God will bless you,  such a pastor is spiritual contractor /merchant (money focused prosperity gospel pastor) – a charlatan pastor.

2 Chronicles 20:20 KJV “And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the Lord your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.”If you read this 2 Chronicles 20:20 KJV with understanding you will discover that it is not the prophet that was talking here to the children of Israel but a king, that is, King Jehoshaphat.

Then, since in the Old Testament during this period that King Jehoshaphat was addressing  Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem, the prophet was God’s spokesman to the nation of  Israel because the people did not have the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit inside them – and they had to rely on the prophet to hear from God but it must be the word of God from God Himself directly to the prophet. So “believe his prophets” means believe the word of God directly from the Bible.

Even in the Old testament if any prophets say anything and it comes to pass, you are not to believe such prophets who are not speaking in line with the word of God directly from the Bible – Deuteronomy 13: 1-5 KJV “1  If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder,  And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them; Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the Lord your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.  Ye shall walk after the Lord your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him(God) And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath spoken to turn you away from the Lord your God”

In this dispensation of the Holy Spirit of the New Testament Era, you don’t need any personal or private pastor/prophet to receive blessings from God. All of us (the genuinely born again) are joined in one spirit with the Lord Jesus Christ to God – 1 Corinthians 6:17 KJV “But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit”

This one spirit is the Holy Spirit. The spirit that is the life of a genuinely born again pastor/prophet is the same with (not different from) the spirit in the life of any genuinely born again Christian in this dispensation of the Holy Spirit of the New Testament Era. That indwelling presence of the spirit in your life is the Holy Spirit.

When you have this spiritual understanding, the money-making activity of the prophet/pastor twisting the scriptures to make money from people will stop/end in your life.

Do you know that the Lord Jesus Christ said that anyone who is genuinely born again is greater than all the prophets of the Old Testament including John the Baptist ?

It is because of the Holy Spirit living inside of you ( the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit In you as your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit) – and none of the prophets of the Old Testament had the Holy Spirit dwelling inside of them –  Luke 7:28 ”For I (Jesus Christ) say unto you, Among those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist: but he (the genuinely born again Christian) that is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he (the John the Baptist).”
